I really do not think that in all my years of using many different knives (I am now 66 and used to work in a commercial kitchen), have I ever used such a beautifully sharp (and I mean extreme) knife. Well balanced, slices through raw meat as easily as a hot knife through butter. Spectacular!

So far, everything, the knife still lives up to its promises in every respect. I`m happy to be surprised by how sharp and how well it holds its edge after sharpening it 2 or 3 times.

Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
